The data framework for digital EA will be established (WP2) with the aim to help the partners to structure and  develop the digital tools. The framework includes development of a taxonomy of key concepts and terms as well as  to set up key data input.  The framework will outline a flexible software architecture that allows handling widely different environmental data  and applicability in different international geographies with varying data quality, validity, and availability. The data  framework will prescribe ways to provide transparency in the modelling and tools.  Data influx is crucial for the success of the tools. WP2 will describe the data characteristics to be included and  consider compatibility with existing databases, interfaces, etc.
